Sparkling Chambourcin

We are pleased to announce that we will be releasing our first sparkling red wine, Sparkling Chambourcin on Wednesday, September 6th, 2023! This is a very new and exciting adventure for wine-making at Windridge. We have waited many years for a harvest to be just right to produce grapes for this unique wine-making process, and 2022 was it! 

Our Sparkling Chambourcin, similar to an Italian Lambrusco, is made from Chambourcin grapes grown and cultivated with minimal intervention at our Ithaca Vineyard and with organic honey sourced from our Ithaca Farm.
