Made from 100% Chardonel, a hybrid grape of Seyval Blanc and Chardonnay parentage, this fruit driven wine is slightly off-dry with aromas of tropical fruit, honey, and citrus that jump out of the glass and complement a beautiful minerality. Floral, refreshing, and easy drinking.
Borrowing from Burgundian tradition, the inaugural vintage of our Chardonnay is barrel fermented and aged on lees for ten months. The result is a beautifully balanced wine, displaying notes of baked apple, pear, and honeysuckle.
This dry Riesling is produced from hand harvested fruit sourced from a single vineyard in the cool elevations of Virginia's Shenandoah mountains. Destemmed and allowed to have a short skin contact before pressing, this wine is brimming with acidity and bright citrus notes.
Dry and crisp, this Rosé is produced from a blend of our grapes harvested early and then whole cluster pressed. Bright red cherry, strawberry, and citrus notes are rounded out by a hint of savory earthiness. Enjoy well-chilled as an aperitif or alongside charcuterie.
