Join us on August 5, 5:30 - 8:30 pm, and toast National Oyster Day with our elegant Blanc de Blancs and Sparkling Portrayal!
Our vineyard lawn will offer tasting stations of oysters and seafood sourced from select locations, each chosen for their quality and signature flavors, including fresh shucked oysters with classic cocktail or mignonette accompaniment, Grilled Oysters with Lemon Garlic Cayenne, Oysters Rockefeller, Maine Shrimp rolls and Saku Tuna.
Whether you are an oyster enthusiast or just dipping your toes in the water, the evening will reveal why oysters, seafood and sparkling wines have thrilled tables around the world for centuries. Don’t miss it.

Windridge Vineyards is a family-owned farm winery dedicated to producing premium estate grown wines. Situated in Darnestown, Maryland on the Piedmont plateau, our three vineyard sites have been carefully chosen for their unique geology and microclimates.
