Windridge in the World of Wines!

We invite you to explore Windridge wines in relationship to wines from different parts of the world. Participants will be guided through a blind tasting of our 2022 Chardonnay and 2019 Seneca, (60% Merlot, 27% Petit Verdot, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon), with wines from the Burgundy and Bordeaux regions of France and from California. Guests will decide which wines come from each area. 

After the tasting, we will enjoy mini crab cakes or Pasta Primavera Alfredo with the white wines and smoked brisket or roasted portobello mushrooms with the red wines. We will discuss how food impacts the wines, and how our choices might change when the wines are sampled with food.
