Blending Lab Class
Capstone Class for this season is a Wine Blending Lab. Throughout this season's wine education classes, we have followed an underlying theme of how terroir and winemaking techniques influence the aroma and flavor expression of a grape in the bottle. With all this new education from Windridge, you're now ready to be a winemaker for a day.
In this class, you will be guided through a step-by-step process to taste four single-varietal wines taken straight from the barrel. Then you will blend these wines and taste them again. Through repetitive blending and tasting, you will determine the optimal blend of these varietals to create your custom blend of wine.
