WV Pinot Gris 2022

Pinot Gris is one of the most widely planted white varietals in the world and shows remarkable adaptability to many terroirs. Our Maryland Pinot Gris 2022 is a medium-bodied Alsatian-style wine that features flavors of red apple and cantaloupe with a slight earthiness. This wine is the perfect balance of acidic freshness, minerality, and persistence. It pairs wonderfully with seafood, soups, stews, fruit salads, and grilled chicken.

Sparkling Portrayal

Sparkling Portrayal This is the perfect summer bubbly with aromas of mandarin orange, green apple, and exotic fruits. Our Sparkling Portrayal pairs well with a classic charcuterie and cheese board. Its refreshing nature elevates the tasting experience, making it a delightful choice for celebratory moments or casual gatherings. Our Sparkling Portrayal is produced from the Chardonnel grape and is aged in our stainless steel tanks. Its non-vintage nature allows us the artistry of blending multiple vintages to achieve a flavor profile that is versatile and exciting!

Seneca 2020

Seneca is a Bordeaux-style blended wine produced from the best grapes of the vintage. Our philosophy with wine blends is to produce a wine where the flavors of the individual wines mix harmoniously to yield a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts. We fermented the wine in a mix of Stainless Steel and Concrete and aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. On the nose, the wine exhibits pleasant aromas of sour cherry currant and tobacco leaf with Middle Eastern spices. While the wine shows well now, we craft Seneca with an eye toward age-ability and this wine should improve over the next 5-7 years.
